Approaching mini roundabouts safely

Mini Roundabouts are simple creations tending to be where an old T-Junction that became dangerous or congested are converted to improve traffic flow.

The Highway Code says Rule 188:

“Approach these in the same way as normal roundabouts. All vehicles MUST pass round the central markings except large vehicles which are physically incapable of doing so. Remember, there is less space to manoeuvre and less time to signal. Avoid making U-turns at mini-roundabouts. Beware of others doing this.”

As visibility most of the time is poor one should approach at a sensible speed always signalling (if needed) in advance and try to make your best effort to pass around not over the central markings.  When other drivers approach too quickly, signal late and cut over or completely miss the markings it can cause approaching traffic on the left to suddenly stop.  This can cause someone else to go in the back of another car that had to give way.  So several things to learn from these clips including keeping your distance to the car in front who has the right to stop suddenly for anything!
